DHAKA, Feb 05, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh made a significant impact at the 58th edition of Texworld Paris 2026, reinforcing its position as a leading global sourcing destination for textiles and apparel.
Started from February 2, the three-day event, held at the Paris–Le Bourget Exhibition Centre, concluded recently after attracting over 1,100 exhibitors from 33 countries, including major industry players like China, India, Türkiye, and Pakistan, said a press release here today.
A total of 31 Bangladeshi exhibitors participated in the fair, demonstrating the country’s growing strength in the global supply chain.
The Bangladeshi contingent included five direct Texworld exhibitors, seven independent apparel companies, and 18 manufacturers showcasing their products under the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) pavilion.
Prominent Bangladeshi firms, such as Aaron Denim or MAB Group, NZ Denim, H&F Fashion, Uniwear Sourcing, Clover Design & Sourcing, Bengal Glory, Siraj Apparels, and Rahmat Knit Wear, reported strong interest from international buyers.
Exhibitors expressed high satisfaction with the quality of engagement at the fair. Md. Ferdous Amin, Chairman of Stuff Limited, noted that the discussions were "meaningful" and buyer interest was well-aligned with the country’s knitted garment offerings, providing promising opportunities for future growth.
The successful conclusion of Texworld Paris 2026 reflects Bangladesh’s continued evolution in the global fashion industry. Driven by a commitment to quality, resilience, and meeting the specific needs of international brands and retailers, the event provided valuable business leads that are expected to translate into long-term global connections.
