DHAKA, Nov 03, 2025 (BSS) - The CSE 50 Index has been reviewed and revised on the basis of performance of the CSE listed companies. 

The new index will be effective from November 11, 2025, said a press release. 

CSE 50 Index is reviewed twice in a year.    

The new companies which have been included are Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC, Marico Bangladesh Limited and Mutual Trust Bank PLC. 

On the other hand, Export Import Bank of BD PLC, First Security Islami Bank PLC and Social Islami Bank PLC have been excluded from the previous list. 

The final 50-Index companies are AB Bank PLC, Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC., Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills LTD., Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC, Bank Asia PLC., Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, Bangladesh Export Import Company Ltd., Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC, Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, BRAC Bank PLC., British American Tobacco Bangladesh Company LTD., City Bank PLC., Delta Life Insurance Company LTD., Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC., Eastern Bank PLC., GPH Ispat LTD., Grameenphone Limited, IDLC Finance PLC.,  IFIC Bank PLC., Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC., Jamuna Bank PLC., Khan Brothers Pp Woven Bag Industries LTD., Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) LTD., Lafargeholcim Bangladesh PLC., Lankabangla Finance PLC., Marico Bangladesh Limited, Meghna Petroleum Limited, Mercantile Bank PLC, MJL Bangladesh PLC., Mutual Trust Bank PLC, National Credit & Commerce Bank PLC., Olympic Industries PLC., One Bank PLC, Padma Oil PLC., Power Grid Company of BD LTD., Prime Bank PLC., Pubali Bank PLC., Robi Axiata PLC., Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC., Sonali Paper & Board Mills Limited, Square Pharmaceuticals PLC., Summit Power LTD., The Acme Laboratories LTD., The Premier Bank PLC., Trust Bank PLC., Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC, United Commercial Bank PLC, United Power Generation & Distribution Co. Key information of CSE50 Index are 72.74% of full market capitalization as on June 30, 2025 of all stocks listed at CSE, 70.98%of free-float market capitalization as on June 30, 2025 of all stocks listed at CSE and  49.12% Average daily Turnover in past 6 months ended June 30, 2025 of all stocks listed at CSE.
