DHAKA, Oct 29, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 9.9 percent reaching US$2,339 million in the first 28 days of October, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today.

Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $2,129 million.

During the July to October 28, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $9,925 million, which was $8,672 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
