DHAKA, Oct 1, 2022 (BSS)- Sheikh Russel National School Badminton competition U-15 ranking badminton begins from tomorrow (Sunday) at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium  marking Sheikh Russel Day on October 18.
 
Bangladesh Badminton Federation’s (BBF) president and information commissioner Dr Abdul Malek is expected to inaugurate the meet, organized by Sheikh Russel Jatiyo Shishu Kishore Parishad under the supervision of BBF.

State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury, MP, is expected to present in the opening ceremony as the chief guest while Rear Admiral Mohammad Sohail, chairman of Payra Port Authority, ICT Directorate’ additional director general Rezaul Makchod Zahedi, BBF’s general secretary Shah Alom Sardar and Sheikh Russel Jatiyo Shishu Kishore Parishad’s adviser Tarafdar Mohammad Ruhul Amin will also present as the special guests in the opening ceremony to be presided by Sheikh Russel Jatiyo Shishu Kishore Parishad’s secretary general KM Shahid Ullah.
