DHAKA, July 9, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz won the toss and sent Zimbabwe bat first in second ODI in an effort to level the three-match series at Harare Sports Club today.
The visitors lost the first match by 25 runs, despite chasing a modest 142, to trail the series 0-1.
A defeat in the match will hand them their second straight ODI series defeat on Zimbabwe soil.
Bangladesh made one change with Shoriful Islam replacing fellow pacer Mustafizur Rahman.
Zimbabwe, however, remained unchanged from the first game as they are eying an unassailable 2-0 lead.
The hosts earlier crushed Bangladesh in the one-off Test by an innings and 85-run margin, which was their biggest ever victory in this format.
