DHAKA, July 6, 2026 (BSS) - A three-member Bangladesh wrestling team due to 
depart for Guangzhou, China this (Monday) night to participate in the OCA-UWW 
Asian Youth Training Camp and Courses for Coaches.

The 10-day programme, organised by the Olympic Council of Asia, aims to 
enhance technical skills and coaching standards under the continental 
training initiative.

According to the Bangladesh Amateur Wrestling Federation, one coach and two 
Under-17 wrestlers have been selected for the course.

The selected participants are Coach Dipu Chandra Roy, athlete-- Mosa: Jemi 
Akter and Rohan Morol.

The federation said all expenses related to participation in the programme 
will be borne by the organising authority.
