DHAKA, June 4, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh will meet South Korea in the fifth to sixth place classification round of Men's Hockey U-18 Asia Cup scheduled to be held in Kakamigahara, Japan tomorrow (Friday). 

Earlier, the boys’ team began their campaign with a 4–2 win against Malaysia but later suffered a narrow 3–2 defeat to China.

Bangladesh’s semifinal hope eventually dashed when they suffered a 5-2 goals defeat to Pakistan in their crucial group match.
