DHAKA, May 6, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladeshi International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman finished runner-up in the FUBY Academy International Master Chess Tournament- Series 2 that concluded in Istanbul, Turkey on Tuesday last, said a press release today.

Fahad scored six points from nine games to secure the second place. He won five games, drew two matches and lost the equal number of matches.

Georgian Grandmaster Constantine Shanava became the champion with 6.5 points in the tournament.
