DHAKA, May 5, 2026 (BSS) - Students and cricket academy trainees will get free
entry to the stadium during Bangladesh's Test series against Pakistan, the
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said.
"On the occasion of the upcoming Bangladesh vs Pakistan Test Series, a
special opportunity has been extended to encourage young cricket enthusiasts
to experience the ultimate form of the game from the stands and galleries,"
the BCB said in a press release today.
Students of schools and educational institutions in their respective uniforms
and carrying valid identification cards will be granted free entry to
designated stands and galleries at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket
Stadium, Mirpur and Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
This privilege will also apply to trainees aged below 15 years who are
enrolled in private cricket academies. Such trainees must be dressed in their
official academy kits to get complimentary access to the stadiums, the
release added.
The first Test will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium,
Mirpur, beginning from May 8. Sylhet will host the second and final Test,
starting on May 16.
