DHAKA, Feb 17, 2026 (BSS)- The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) warmly 
congratulated Tarique Rahman, MP, on his appointment as the Prime Minister of 
Bangladesh.

BFF posted a picture of Tarique Rahman on its social media Facebook page 
today (Tuesday) and wrote: May his leadership inspire unity, development, and 
a brighter future for the people of Bangladesh. 

"We are confident that with his profound blessings the entire domain of 
sports, particularly football, will attain a new height of success," it 
further read.
