DHAKA, Oct 29, 2025 (BSS) - Maisha Akter Mim finished in 34th position among the 37 participants in the girls' swimming 100m freestyle event of the Youth Asian Games held in Bahrain on Tuesday last, according to a BOA press release today (Wednesday). 

In the girls' weightlifting event, Shammi Sultana finished in 8th position among the 11 participants in the girls' 63kg weightlifting.

Meanwhile, Raisul Islam Raj lost to his Indian rival by 2-0 sets in the boys' singles round of 32 badminton event, while in the girls' singles table tennis event, Mst Asma Khatun lost to her Singaporean counterpart by 3-0 sets.
