DHAKA, Aug 28, 2025 (BSS) - The second edition of the NCL T20 is set to start on September 14 with the match between Khulna and Chattogram at the Rajshahi Stadium.

A total of three venues will be used for the domestic T20 tournament, where only local players will take part. Bogra and Sylhet are the other two venues that will host matches.

The first two rounds will be held in Rajshahi and Bogra after which Sylhet will host the remaining matches of the tournament.

Top four teams will play the knock phase, which will start on September 30. The final is on October 3 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. 

The knock out matches including the final will be a day-night affair, starting at 5:00 PM.

The first edition of the tournament last year earned huge plaudits as it gave the local players a platform to shine in a format, where Bangladesh have the shortcomings.
