DHAKA, Feb 1, 2023 (BSS) - Begum Laila Alam 13th FIDE Rating Women's Chess tournament will begin from February 7 at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room of National Sports Council old building.

The tournament, which is sponsored by veteran former national women chess player Begum Laila Alam and organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation, is open event for all women and girls participants.

Interested women and girls participants have been asked to enroll their names with entry fee of Taka two hundred at Bangladesh Chess Federation office room.

The event will be held in a seven round Swiss-League system and cash prize of Taka one lakh will be given to the winners.
