NARSINGDI, Jan 25, 2023 (BSS) - Narsingdi sadar upazila phase of Sheikh Kamal Inter:School and Madrasah Athletics competition, organised by Bangladesh Athletics Federation, was held today (Wednesday) at Sir Krishno Gobindo Gupto High School at Pachdona of Narsingdi sadar.

Nearly three hundred boys' and girls' competitors of fourteen unions and two municipalities of Narsingdi sadar upazila took part in the thirty two events which included 100m, 200m, 400m 800m and 1500m race, high jump, long jump, javelin throw, shot put, discus throw and relay race.

Sadar upazila parisad's chairman Aftab Uddin Bhuiyan distributed the prizes after the competition while Sadar upazila parisad's vice chairman Kofil Uddin Bhuiyan was present as the special guest in the prize distribution ceremony, presided by Narsingdi sadar upazila's executive officer Md. Mehedi Morshed.
