CHATTOGRAM, July 18, 2026 (BSS)- Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) has taken steps bring all services on a single platform to transform Chattogram into a smart, technology-driven, and accountable city.
City Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain officially launched the one-stop citizen service mobile and website ‘Our Chattogram’.
The implementation of the app has been funded by Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives while Vento Tech has given technical support.
Dr. Shahadat said the objective of the app is to create a smart, clean, transparent, and accountable Chattogram.
With the app citizens can now report about 10 issues including roads, water logging, mosquito menaces, garbage, street lights, sewerage, and more directly to the City Corporation from their homes.
Furthermore, citizens will also be able to know about the status of their complaints—whether those are pending or resolved.
He stated that this application will provide access to various essential citizen services, including emergency services, direct communication with the mayor, tax management, trade licenses, and more, all on a single platform.
As administrative efficiency improves, our accountability to the citizens will also enhance, the mayor said.
He said it is not possible for a single institution to make a city entirely beautiful; active citizen participation is essential to achieve the goal.
He urged every citizen to download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store and actively contribute to maintaining their city’s beauty, cleanliness, and livability.
