DHAKA, July 17 (BSS) – Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) has carried out a campaign on the Dhaka University (DU) campus to ensure the success of the upcoming programme titled ‘Youth, Startup, and Promising Bangladesh'.
As part of the campaign, promotional placards related to the programme were pasted today on the wall in front of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) building, adjacent to the university’s historic Madhur Canteen.
The campaign was led by Md. Tariqul Islam Tarique, Joint-General Secretary of the JCD Central Committee and former elected General Secretary of Salimullah Muslim Hall JCD of DU.
Around 60 to 70 leaders and activists from the DU chapter and various hall units of the organization participated in the campaign, expressing their firm commitment to work unitedly to make the upcoming program a success.

Speaking after the event, Md. Tariqul Islam Tarique said, "The biggest strength of Bangladesh is our youth. A prosperous, self-reliant, and promising Bangladesh can only be built by nurturing the talent, creativity, innovative capacities, and entrepreneurial dreams of these young people. This programme is a timely initiative aimed at achieving that goal."
He added, "Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairman Tarique Rahman believes that alongside politics, the country’s economy must be strengthened through developing skills, innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship among the youth. We are working to deliver that very message to university students."
He further stated, "We believe that a nation that values the dreams of its youth is the nation that leads the future. Therefore, everyone must come forward to develop a culture of employment, innovation, and startups for the youth. Chhatra Dal will always stand by positive, creative, and public welfare initiatives."
JCD leaders and activists said that such campaign activities will continue systematically on the university campus to ensure that a large number of youths can learn about and engage with this initiative.
