RAJSHAHI, July 11, 2026 (BSS) - Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu today called on party leaders and activists at all levels to work together to build a strong, disciplined and people-oriented organisation.

The minister made the call while speaking as the chief guest at a meeting here, organised by Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP and its affiliated bodies.

He urged BNP leaders and activists to play a responsible role in meeting public expectations and contributing to the country's development.

The meeting, chaired by Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP President Mamun Or Rashid and moderated by Metropolitan BNP General Secretary and Rajshahi City Corporation Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton, also discussed ways to energise organisational activities, strengthen party unity and implement future action plans.

Among those who addressed the meeting were Central BNP Organising Secretary (Rajshahi Division) Advocate Syed Shahin Shawkat, Forest and Environment Affairs Secretary Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul, Relief and Rehabilitation Affairs Secretary Advocate Shafiqul Haque Milan, MP and district BNP Senior Joint Convener Saiful Marshal.

A number of senior BNP leaders and representatives of the party's affiliated organisations also attended the programme.
