DHAKA, June 22, 2026 (BSS) -  Police, in a special drive, have arrested 13 people, suspected in various crimes, from the Jatrabari area in the capital.

"Police conducted a special operation at various crime prone areas under Jatrabari Police Station on Sunday, arrested 13 people, who were suspected 

 According to a release issued by media and public relation division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) here today, the arrested include accused in regular, warrant cases and suspected criminals, involved in various crimes.

"Police sent them to the court," the DMP release continued.

The arrested are- Md Abdullah Al Masud, Md Faisal (34), Roni (23), Riday (23), Md Swapan (52), Md Hasan (32), Md Mohin (20), Md Rabbi (19),  Md Mori Hossain (32), Md Al Amin (21), Md Rakib Hasan (24), Md Shafiqul Islam (26) and Abdul Malek (32).
