DHAKA, Feb 22, 2026 (BSS) - The government has appointed Md Touhidul Islam as Assistant Private Secretary (APS) to State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Mir Shahe Alam.

The appointment was made through a notification issued yesterday by the Internal Appointment Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration.
