DHAKA, Feb 02, 2026 (BSS) – BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman’s wife Dr Zubaida Rahman today visited the free heart camp and medicine distribution programme at the Karail Ansar Camp in Banani.

Doctors’ Association of Bangladesh (DAB) organized the programme on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman.

According to the organizers, around 200 to 250 people underwent heart-related health check-ups. Necessary medicines were also distributed based on need.

DAB President Dr. Farhad Halim Donar, BNP Chairman’s Adviser Abdul Salam, former Councillor of Ward Number -19 Abdul Alim Naki, Ward Number 19 BNP President Md Momin, Acting General Secretary Sahed Ali, former General Secretary Abdullah Al Mamun, and former President of Banani Thana Jubo Dal Shajahan Sarkar were present.
