DHAKA, Jan 17, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) Chief Air Chief 
Marshal Hasan Mahmud Khan has attended closing ceremony of the three-day 
"11th Shah Cement-AKS Golf Tournament 2026" at the Kurmitola Golf Club in 
Dhaka Cantonment here. 

The BAF chief distributed prizes among the winning golfers of the tournament 
held last Friday as the chief guest, said a release of Inter-Services Public 
Relations (ISPR) this afternoon. 

A total of 719 local and foreign golfers took part in the tournament in 
various categories, it mentioned. 

Among others, the participants of the tournament, the Commandant, Vice 
President of the National Defense College (NDC) and Kurmitola Golf Club, 
Executive Director of the tournament sponsor Abul Khair Group, senior 
officials of Kurmitola Golf Club and Abul Khair Group, senior officials of 
the Bangladesh Air Force and relevant military and civilian officials were 
present.
