DHAKA, Oct 1, 2025 (BSS) - Amra BNP Poribar, a platform of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) today released fish fry into the lake at the Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman Mazar Complex in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar of the capital.

The initiative was carried out at the directive of BNP Acting Chairman and Chief Patron of Amra BNP Poribar Tarique Rahman.

The fish fry release programme was held at noon with the cooperation of Jatiyatabadi Matshyajibi Dal.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General and Chief Adviser to Amra BNP Poribar Ruhul Kabir Rizvi attended the programme as the chief guest, while BNP Treasurer and Adviser to the platform Dr. M. Rashiduzzaman Millat joined as the special guest.

Convener of Amra BNP Poribar Atiqur Rahman Rumon presided over the event. 

Adviser of the platform Md. Abul Kashem, Member Secretary Agriculturist Mokshedul Momin Mithun, National Press Club Managing Committee Member Zahidul Islam Rony and members of the platform Masud Rana Liton, Shakil Ahmed, Forhad Ali Sojib and Shahadat Hossain were present at the event.
