DHAKA, Sept 24, 2025 (BSS) - Police have arrested former lawmaker from 
Narail-1 constituency Kabirul Haque Mukti from the capital's Niketon area. 

Mukti was arrested this evening by a team of Gulshan Police Station. 

Deputy Commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Muhammad Talebur Rahman confirmed the arrest to BSS. 

The detained Mukti is accused of multiple cases linked to July Uprising 
cases.
