RAJSHAHI, May 19, 2025 (BSS) - The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will get new building for its divisional and district offices here for the first time.
The ACC building construction project will be implemented on 16.97 decimals of land in the Kazihata area of the city. The six-storey building is estimated to cost around Tk 19.64 crore.
In the building, there will be a 4,626.20 square-feet plinth area, while 29,121.20 square-feet total area.
These were revealed in a view-sharing meeting with officials and others relevant people of the building construction project at Circuit House conference hall here today.
ACC Secretary Khorsheda Yeasmin addressed the meeting as the chief guest with Deputy Commissioner Afia Akhter in the chair.
Additional Commissioner of Rajshahi division Dr Chitralekha Naznin, ACC Divisional Director Kamrul Ahsan, Project Director Muhammad Kamruzzaman and Executive Engineer of Public Works Department Rashedul Islam also spoke on the occasion.
In her remarks, Khorsheda Yeasmin said the upcoming building will infuse dynamism into ACC's administrative and operational activities.
