   KHULNA, Aug 25, 2026 (BSS) – Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) today set January 8, 2027 for admission test for enrolment in first year for 2026-27 academic sessions.

  A special meeting of the university’s Academic Council set the date saying the enrolment exams would be held in three divisional cities of Khulna, Dhaka and Rajshahi.

   The university in a statement said the test would be conducted under the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) system.

    Details regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, examination schedule, seat arrangements and other necessary instructions will be announced later through the university’s admission circular.

   The statement said the initiative to hold the exams in three regional cities was expected to reduce travel and accommodation-related hassles and expenses of the examinees.
