RAJSHAHI, Aug 22, 2026 (BSS)- Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) is launching a website for international standard journals to handle submission and review through complete automation along with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) numbers.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. S M Abdur Razzak will formally inaugurate the website tomorrow, Sunday (August 23) at 3 pm.
Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Akhtar Hossain will be present as a special guest at the event.

This fully automated website has been developed by RUET using its own manpower.

The website was developed by Assistant Programmer Monirul Islam under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Abdul Khalek, Director of the Research and Extension Office, and with the cooperation of Professor Dr. Md. Samiul Habib, Director of the ICT Cell.

Through this website, without any manual process and through complete automation, a researcher or student from anywhere in the world will be able to digitally submit and review all types of papers of his research paper or journal online as well as obtain a Digital Object Identifier number.

DOI numbers could not be applied to journals submitted to RUET up to Volume-9. However, the application of this number has started from Volume-10.
