DHAKA, Aug 10, 2026 (BSS) - The pass rate in this year's SSC (Vocational) examinations under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board stood at 58.20 percent.

A total of 1,27,964 candidates appeared in the examinations, of whom 74,470 passed.

As many as 3,951 students secured GPA-5 in the examinations.

Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Hoque Milon formally announced the results at 10am today at the Secretariat.

The average pass rate across the country's 11 education boards, including the Technical Education Board, stood at 62.25 percent this year, while 1,16,676 students achieved GPA-5.

Last year, the combined pass rate was 68.45 percent.

The SSC and equivalent examinations began on April 21 this year.
