DHAKA, July 30, 2026 (BSS) - State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj today said physical or any other limitation cannot impede the path of fulfilling the dream of any child as the government is working relentlessly to ensure the development of the talent and potential of every child with the cooperation of family, school, society and the state.

He made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a special screening prgramme on the documentary "Payer Chaap", organised by Impress Telefilm, at the auditorium of Bangladesh Textile University (Butex) in city's Tejgaon area.

The documentary was made on indomitable talented young girl Ayesha who has no hand. 

Bobby Hajjaj said the key to success in the lives of students is perseverance, regular studies and self-confidence. 

"If they study hard, it is possible to achieve whatever they want to be in the future...whether it is a doctor, scientist, teacher, astronaut or a person who fulfills the highest responsibility of the state," he said.

The state minister said Ayesha's life struggle and success prove that with a strong will, one can overcome adversity. 

"However, we do not want Ayesha's success to remain an isolated incident. For every child in Bangladesh to overcome their limitations and move forward, the family, society and the state must work together," he said.

Bobby Hajjaj said the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is working to build an inclusive education system where no child will be left behind and equal opportunities will be ensured for all.

He said while attending the programme, he came to know that the Prime Minister has already appointed Ayesha as a class supervisor at Gaibandha BIAM Laboratory School and College.

To this end, the state minister expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister and said this is a shining example of the government's commitment to talent, competence and human values.

The event was presided over by the Butex Vice Chancellor, while students from various educational institutions, teachers of BUTEX and media personnel were present.
