DHAKA, July 19, 2026 (BSS) - The government has completely prohibited the use of the Prime Minister’s photograph—including in 3D or any other format—on banners, festoons, and billboards prepared for any government event.

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board has instructed all educational institutions under its jurisdiction to comply with the circular issued by the Cabinet Division and to take the necessary follow-up measures, said a notice issued today.
