DHAKA, July 11, 2026 (BSS) - The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) is set to install IP-based CCTV cameras on an urgent basis and launch a central online monitoring system in all government and private educational institutions across the country, said a press  release here today. 

The government has taken this decision with the aim of improving the quality of education, ensuring orderly classroom management, securing attendance and strengthening overall security.

The release said that, in order to implement the decision to launch this new central online monitoring system, heads of all government and private educational institutions under the Directorate have been instructed to submit the required information of their institutions through the designated Google form (https://forms.gle/2jEaP9MDfmj8VD7y7) by 4:00 PM, July 13.

DSHE has informed that legal and administrative action will be taken as per rules against institutions which fail to provide the required information within the stipulated time.
