DHAKA, July 11, 2026 (BSS) - Three more patients died from measles-like symptoms across the country in the last 24 hours, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

During the same period, 702 new suspected measles cases were reported nationwide, while 84 confirmed patients were admitted to hospitals, a DGHS press release said today.

The release added that a total of 93,891 suspected measles patients have so far been admitted to hospitals since March 15. Of them, 89,762 got recovered and have been discharged after receiving treatment.

No death from confirmed measles was reported during the past 24 hours.
