RAJSHAHI, July 4, 2026 (BSS)- The 4th meeting of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT) was held at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET).

The meeting took place today in the conference room of the RUET Vice-Chancellor.
 
The meeting was presided over by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. S M Abdur Razzak. During the meeting, the scope of work of IICT was presented and discussed in detail.
 
The meeting was conducted by IICT Director and Member Secretary of the Committee, Professor Dr. Robiul Islam. 

Also present at the meeting were Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Humanities at RUET Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Kader Jilani, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Professor Dr. Bashir Ahmed and Director of the Directorate of Research and Extension Professor Dr. Abdul Khalek.
