RAJSHAHI, June 30, 2026 (BSS)- A seminar titled 'Modern Engineering Training 
System, Laboratory Development and Industry 4.0 Solution' was held at 
Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET).
 
The event was held today in RUET's seminar room and was presided over by IQAC 
Director Professor Dr. Imdadul Haque. 

The programme featured detailed discussions on modern industrial hardware, 
software, lab machinery, and simulators for key departments such as 
Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechatronics, and 
Mechanical.
 
A presentation on the topic was delivered by Nasik M. Akkas, director of the 
Engineering Department at Syncs BD. 

Also speaking at the event was Prof Dr. Md. Shahid Uz Zaman, Head of the CSE 
Department, and Assistant Prof Abu Ismail Siddiqui Saif. 
Faculty members from various RUET departments were present at the programme.
