RAJSHAHI, June 30, 2026 (BSS) - The 10th meeting of the Rajshahi University (RU) Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) was held today in the conference room of Administration Building-1.

The meeting was chaired by RU QAC President and Vice-Chancellor Professor Faridul Islam.

Attending the meeting were QAC members Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Md. Abdul Alim, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) Professor Mamunur Rashid and Bangladesh University Grants Commission nominated member Professor Md. Sirajul Islam.

All faculty deans of RU, institute directors, the Director and Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Syndicate-nominated members, Acting Registrar, and the Director of Accounts (Additional Charge) were also present.
 
At the meeting, IQAC Director Professor Md. Abu Reza presented the future action plan to address global challenges. 

IQAC Additional Director Professor Md. Monimul Haque highlighted the activities implemented according to IQAC’s plan. 

The meeting was conducted by QAC Member-Secretary and IQAC Additional Director Professor Md. Kamal Uddin.
 
Several important decisions were taken at the meeting to improve the quality of education at Rajshahi University in line with contemporary demands.
