RAJSHAHI, June 24, 2026 (BSS)- The 7th meeting of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Engineering and Applied Science (JEAS), under the Research and Extension Office of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), was held today .
 
The meeting was chaired by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. S. M. Abdur Razzak in the conference room of RUET's administrative building.
 
The meeting was conducted by Professor Dr. Abdul Khalek, Director of the Research and Extension Office.
 
During the meeting, the approval status of 16 research papers was reported. 
Additionally, there was a detailed discussion on the scope and expansion of ongoing research papers by RUET researchers.
 
Also present at the meeting were Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Alam of  the Department of Mathematics, Professor Dr Kamruzzaman of the Department of Civil Engineering, Professor Dr Rabiul Islam Sarker of  the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Professor Dr. Sohel Rana of  the Department of EEE, Chief Engineer Shahadat Hossain, and Comptroller Sheikh Faisal Arefin.
 
Earlier, the 30th meeting of the Research Evaluation Committee was also held in the same conference room.
