DHAKA, June 22, 2026 (BSS) - BAT Bangladesh PLC. has appointed Raiyan Ahmed as Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion, entrusting him with leading the company's people agenda.

The appointment remains effective from June 1.

Raiyan is subjected to oversee BAT Bangladesh's talent, culture and inclusion agenda, support leadership development, and foster an environment where people feel supported, connected and proud to belong.

Earlier, he served crucial roles in several organizations including the Asia Pacific & Middle East Regional Headquarters in Hong Kong.

Most recently, he served as Head of Operations HR for BAT Bangladesh.

Commenting on his appointment, he said, "I am honored to take on this role at BAT Bangladesh and to continue building on the strong culture already in place, strengthen leadership and organisational capability and help create an environment where our people and teams can continue to grow and succeed."
