RAJSHAHI, May 14, 2026 (BSS)- A two-day Women Entrepreneurs’ Fair began today at Rajshahi University (RU).

The fair is being organized at the Shaheed Minar premises by the Rajshahi University Central Students' Union (RUCSU) and the female hall unions.
 
The fair was inaugurated this noon by the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration), Professor Mohammad Main Uddin.
 
After the inauguration, the Pro-VC visited the stalls at the fair and spoke with the entrepreneurs. He described this type of initiative as highly commendable.
 
Among others present were RUCSU Treasurer Professor Md. Setaur Rahman, Proctor Professor Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Student Advisor Professor Md. Amirul Islam, RUCSU VP Mostakur Rahman Zahid, along with leaders from RUCSU and the hall female unions.
 
A total of 42 enterprises run by women entrepreneurs are participating in the fair.
