problems that appear in our society including the bureaucracies and other
parts."

remained too conventional and steady.

He urged serving bureaucrats to prepare themselves and their mindset for
serving people with their best.

"Our officers think, becoming an officer is the final destination but they
must remember that becoming officer is the very first stage of becoming
responsible to the country and people to change society," he added.

Khan, he said, "Fouzul Kabir writes in a very specific style and his writings
can be understood easily. Even without thorough reading one can understand
the themes of his writing."

Prof Abdullah Abu Sayeed said, "The writings of Fouzul Kabir give us deep
insights on one hand and on the other hand his writing gives us hope of a
brighter future for our society."
