DHAKA, Jan 17, 2026 (BSS) - A delegation of poets and litterateurs paid a courtesy call on BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman this evening.

The meeting was held at the BNP chairman's political office in Gulshan at around 8:30 pm. 

The discussion took place in a cordial atmosphere and focused on issues related to literature, culture and broader social concerns, said BNP media cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan.

Poet Rezauddin Stalin, Director General of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, represented the delegation of poets and litterateurs at the meeting.
