SYLHET, Jan 10, 2026 (BSS) – Adilur Rahman Khan, Adviser to the ministry of  Industries and Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, today visited the grave of July martyr Md Mostak Ahmed and paid tribute to him in Sylhet.

The adviser offered prayers and paid tribute by placing wreath at the grave of martyr Md Mostak Ahmed at Gouripur in Tukerbazar area of Sylhet. 

Officials of the administration were present on the occasion.

The information was disclosed in a press release issued by the Ministry of Industries.

Secretary of the Local Government Division Md Rezaul Maksud Jahedi, Industries Secretary Md Obaidur Rahman, Divisional Commissioner Khan Md Reza-un-Nabi, Chief Executive Officer of Sylhet City Corporation Mohammad Reza-e-Rafin Sarkar, Deputy Commissioner Md Sarwar Alam, BCIC Chairman Md Fazlur Rahman, LGED Chief Engineer Kazi Golam Mostafa, along with district administration officials and members of the martyr’s family.

Earlier, Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan placed wreath at the July Martyrs’ Memorial in Sylhet city.
