DHAKA, Dec 30, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh Betar (BB) will broadcast live the namaj-e-janaza of former prime minister and BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

The janaza will be held at the south plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban after the Zuhr prayer tomorrow, according to an official handout today.

Bangladesh Betar will air the programme live from Dhaka Kha 693 kilohertz, medium wave 630 kilohertz, FM 106.0 megahertz, FM 104.0 megahertz, FM 102.0 megahertz, FM 92.0 megahertz, FM 90.0 megahertz and traffic broadcast programme FM 88.8 megahertz.

The programme will also be streamed live on Bangladesh Betar’s website www.betar.gov.bd and through its mobile application “Bangladesh Betar”.

At the same time, the janaza programme will be relayed simultaneously through the medium wave of all regional centres and all FM bands of Bangladesh Betar.
