DHAKA, Dec 23, 2025 (BSS) - Dhaka University (DU) authorities have taken 
various measures to facilitate candidates appearing in the admission test for 
first-year undergraduate programmes under the Science Unit for the 2025-2026 
academic year.

The Science Unit admission test will be held on December 27(Saturday) 2025 
from 3.30 pm to 5 pm.

Special arrangements have been made for those students who will also appear 
in the admission test of the Military Institute of Science and Technology 
(MIST) on the same day and have shifted their DU Science Unit examination 
centres to Dhaka.
 
To ensure their convenience, three additional examination centres have 
already been arranged in the city's Mirpur and Farmgate areas.

To make transportation from MIST safe and convenient, the interval between 
metro rail services has been reduced, and additional metro rail services will 
operate on the day for examinees.

Following the requests of DU authorities, MIST authorities have rescheduled 
the second-phase examinations of the Architecture Department set for December 
27 from 3 pm to 5 pm.
 
The examination will now be held on the following day (Dec 28) from 3 pm to 5 
pm.
