DHAKA, Dec 18, 2025 (BSS) - Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of the Inqilab Mancha.

In a condolence message, he said the nation has lost a courageous voice due to the untimely and tragic death of Hadi.

On behalf of himself and the judiciary, the Chief Justice prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.

Sharif Osman Hadi, the fearless frontline fighter of the July Uprising, passed away tonight while undergoing treatment at a Singapore hospital tonight after battling for his life for six days.
