DHAKA, Oct 16, 2025 (BSS) - The National Consensus Commission has invited BNP Chairperson and Former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and the party's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman to join the July National Charter Signing ceremony.

Consensus Commission Member Dr Badiul Alam Majumdar and Monir Haidar sent the invitation letter to the BNP Chairperson and Acting Chairman On behalf of Chief Adviser of the interim government Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus. 

BNP Media Cell Member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the information. 

The signing ceremony of the July National Charter 2025 is scheduled be held tomorrow (October 17) at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.
