DHAKA, Oct 14, 2025 (BSS)- The application deadline for admission into the 
four-year diploma-level private institutions and the two-year Higher 
Secondary Certificate (HSC)-level government or private institutions under 
the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) has been extended till 
October 30.

A press release signed by the Director (Curriculum) of the BTEB Engineer Md. 
Anwarul Kabir said the information here today.

All classes must be kept ongoing while the admission process needs to be done 
quickly. These diploma courses are open for only SSC pass students, with the 
eligibility requiring a minimum GPA- 2.5 in the SSC examinations.

Applications must be submitted online through the website 
btebadmission.gov.bd and those are confirmed after fee payment is made. This 
extension will provide an opportunity for thousands of students who have not 
yet applied, the release read.
 
The circular further mentioned that the admission process must be finalized 
while ensuring that classes for all semesters and years continue 
uninterrupted, it added.
