DHAKA, Oct 24, 2021 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed
deep shock and sorrow at the death of noted eminent cultural personality and
actor Mahmud Sajjad.

  In a message of condolence, she said, "He will remain alive in the hearts
of the people with his acting."

  The Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

   Mahmud Sajjad died at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a city hospital at
around 2:30 this afternoon. He was 73.
