KUSHTIA, Oct 14, 2021 (BSS) - The Joint General Secretary of

Bangladesh Awami League Mahbubul Alam Hanif here today said that none
can believe that a Hindu will put the Holy Quran on a puja venue in
Bangladesh.

  In reply to a question from a journalist, he said that the Quran
could have placed there by the religious fanatics who want to destroy
the religious harmony of the country.

  He said that present government is determined to resist the fanatics
who want to instable the country by using religious sentiment.

   Kushtia unit AL President Sadar Uddin Khan, General Secretary Asgar
Ali, Sadar Upazila AL President ASM Akhteruzzaman Masum, Joint General
Secretary Sheikh Hasan Mehedi, AL leader Taijal Ali Khan and Sadar
Upazila Parishad Chairman Ataur Rahman Ata were present at Kushtia AL
office in the town this morning.
