DHAKA, Oct 1, 2021 (BSS) - Former cabinet secretary of Bangladesh government Qazi Shamsul Alam died of neurological complications at 9.30am today.

  He was 80. 

   Qazi Shamsul Alam is survived by his wife, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers. 

   He was a member of the erstwhile CSP, batch 1964.

   Alam had been suffering for a long time after a major brain surgery.
