DHAKA, Oct 1, 2023 (BSS) - Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury has expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of valiant Freedom Fighter and ruling party lawmaker of Laksmipur-3 constituency AKM Shahjahan Kamal.

In a message of condolence on Saturday night, the Speaker prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

Shahjahan Kamal died at a hospital in the city on Saturday at the age of 73.
