TUNGIPARA, Sept 30, 2023 (BSS) - Deputy Minister for Water Resources Ministry AKM Enamul Haque Shamim paid rich tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Tungipara here today.

He placed a wreath at the mausoleum of Bangabandhu this afternoon.
Placing the wreath, he stood there in solemn silence for some time.

Shamim offered Fateha and took part in a munajat seeking blessings for the eternal people of departed souls of Bangabandhu and his family members, who were killed on August 15 in 1975, four national leaders and the martyred of 1971.

 He also put his remarks in the visitors' book kept at the administrative building of the mausoleum.
